Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (ICT Teacher) to join our dynamic educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction to both regular and madrasah diniyah (Madin) students, fostering digital literacy, and supporting the overall mission of nurturing knowledgeable, ethical, and technologically proficient learners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging ICT curricula aligned with national standards and the institution’s educational philosophy.
- Plan, prepare, and execute lesson plans that incorporate interactive tools, multimedia resources, and hands‑on laboratory activities.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and practical examinations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer labs, ensuring all hardware and software are up‑to‑date and functional.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate ICT across subjects, enhancing interdisciplinary learning.
- Guide Madin students in reading classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) and applying grammatical rules (nahwu‑shorof) using digital resources.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, robotics competitions, and digital literacy workshops.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and institutional events, demonstrating loyalty and adherence to organizational policies.
- Prepare reports on student performance, curriculum effectiveness, and technology utilization for senior management.
- Mentor junior staff and assist in the onboarding of new educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree (S2) is a strong advantage.
- Academic background should be linear with the ICT teaching position and preferably from a recognized public university (PTN).
- No concurrent employment with other institutions; full dedication to our organization.
- Demonstrated loyalty and strict compliance with institutional regulations.
- For Madin teaching duties:
- Proficiency in reading classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) and mastery of nahwu‑shorof.
- Completion of at least five years of pesantren education.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a professional and punctual attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, adaptability to evolving technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning.
