Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staff Crew Multifungsi (Berbek) – Penanggung Jawab Operasional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations across our retail and service outlets, supporting both front‑line customer interactions and behind‑the‑scenes logistics. As an operational leader, you will help maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and proper stock rotation.
  • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor is attractive and organized.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and issue resolution, delivering a courteous and professional experience.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on operational best practices, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, stock levels, and operational KPIs.
  • Implement and enforce company policies related to hygiene, security, and workplace conduct.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, suggest improvements, and align on business objectives.
  • Manage the store’s mess and uniform distribution, ensuring all team members are properly equipped.
  • Support special promotional events and seasonal campaigns, coordinating staffing and merchandising needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age range: 18‑25 years old.
  • Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong personal integrity: honest, disciplined, trustworthy, and accountable.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent active communication skills; able to interact clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Commitment to daily prayers (Shalat), Dhuha, and Quranic study (Mengaji) as part of personal development.
  • Basic knowledge of store management systems and inventory control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
