Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of facial treatments, body massages, and creambath rituals according to the salon’s high‑quality standards.
- Consult with clients to understand their skin and body concerns, recommend appropriate services, and provide after‑care advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized before each use.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and therapeutic techniques through regular training and industry research.
- Utilize social media platforms to showcase treatment results, engage with followers, and attract new clientele.
- Collaborate closely with stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure seamless scheduling and optimal client flow.
- Handle client bookings, record treatment details in the salon management system, and follow up for feedback and repeat visits.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Participate in shift rotations, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; professional appearance and grooming are essential.
- Proven experience in a salon setting, specifically with facial, massage, and creambath services.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for marketing and client engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, courteous, and highly communicative.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift‑based schedule, including early mornings and occasional weekend shifts.
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques (Seni Menata Rambut) is a plus.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old, with a flexible attitude toward learning and growth.
