Introduction
XLSmart is a fast‑growing provider of smart‑home and IoT solutions in the Greater Metro area. We are looking for a dynamic Sales XLSmart – Domisili di Area Kota Metro to join our field sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, exceeding sales targets, and representing an innovative brand in a competitive market.
The successful candidate will operate primarily in the metropolitan zone, conducting on‑site visits, managing a smart‑product cluster, and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily field visits according to the Route Management Plan (RMP), ensuring coverage of assigned territories and timely follow‑up with prospects.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into customers, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Develop deep product knowledge across XLSmart’s portfolio—including smart thermostats, security cameras, and energy‑management systems—to effectively demonstrate value propositions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing post‑sale support, handling inquiries, and fostering repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract documents, negotiating terms that align with company policies.
- Utilize a smartphone‑based CRM application (minimum Android 4 GB RAM) to log activities, update pipeline status, and generate accurate daily reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to coordinate promotions, product launches, and on‑site demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments to sales tactics.
- Adhere to company safety and compliance standards, including maintaining a valid SIM C driver’s license, an active SKCK, and a personal motorcycle for travel.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or IoT solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency with RMP tools and a willingness to master the “cluster pintar” methodology for product knowledge.
- Own a reliable motorcycle, valid SIM C, and an active SKCK (Police Clearance).
- Possess an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for CRM and reporting purposes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field.
