We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at the vibrant Tangerang City Mall. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, helping clients discover the perfect treatments, products, and experiences that enhance their confidence and well‑being.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers through proactive outreach, in‑mall events, and digital networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing follow‑up support, personalized recommendations, and timely after‑sales service.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and address any concerns or complaints professionally.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, leveraging product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates and average transaction value.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to create attractive promotions, in‑store displays, and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and advanced treatment methods.
- Ensure the salon area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or higher in any field is welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience; 4 years preferred in beauty, fitness, or makeup industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a retail or service setting.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends (Monday – Sunday, 10:00 – 18:00).
- Willingness to be permanently stationed at Tangerang City Mall.
