We are seeking a motivated Operator Kitchen Operations and Sanitation to join our dynamic food‑service team. Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, mixers, and food processors in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Execute daily sanitation procedures, including cleaning workstations, utensils, and high‑touch surfaces to meet health‑code standards.
  • Monitor and control temperature logs for cold storage, ensuring food safety and compliance with HACCP regulations.
  • Assist chefs and line cooks with basic food prep tasks, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies, disposables, and kitchen tools, reporting shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Participate in routine deep‑cleaning cycles, floor scrubbing, grease trap maintenance, and waste segregation.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cleaning schedules, sanitation checklists, and equipment service records.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak service periods (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Uphold company standards for personal hygiene, uniform compliance, and punctuality.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior kitchen or food‑service experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate kitchen machinery, understand basic food safety principles, and follow sanitation protocols.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, good communication, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Availability: Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
