Responsibilities
- Control and verify the accuracy of physical stock against system records on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular stock opname cycles—daily, weekly, and monthly—to reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve stock discrepancies (discrepancy analysis) and document root‑cause findings.
- Ensure proper product placement according to warehouse layout, adhering to FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) or FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) principles.
- Monitor movement trends of slow‑moving and fast‑moving items, adjusting replenishment strategies as needed.
- Coordinate closely with inbound, outbound, and warehouse admin teams to streamline material flow.
- Prepare detailed stock reports and inventory analysis for management review.
- Guarantee that all inventory transactions are accurately captured in the WMS/ERP system.
- Manage damaged goods, returns, and non‑saleable items, ensuring proper documentation and disposition.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory control processes and system functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; preferably a D3 or S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in inventory or warehouse control.
- Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory methodologies and stock‑turn management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to meet performance targets and work effectively under operational pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional overtime, to support 24‑hour warehouse operations.
