Introduction
Adira Finance is expanding its sales team in Tobelo, Maluku Utara, and is looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing network of finance professionals. This role is a frontline position responsible for promoting our financial products, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers, and ensuring a smooth credit application process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail‑oriented male professional under 30 years of age, with at least one year of relevant experience, a minimum D3/D4 education, and a personal vehicle with a valid driving licence (SIM A/C).
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s suite of financial products to existing customers and prospect new leads across the Tobelo region.
- Generate orders through the established channel distribution network, capturing accurate initial data for each potential customer.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer information, gather required documentation, and complete credit application forms in compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with both dealers and customers regarding status updates.
- Deliver timely notifications of credit decisions, explaining approval conditions, repayment schedules, due dates, and payment locations.
- Provide after‑sales support by answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction that encourages repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales manager and internal support teams to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market research activities to stay updated on product features, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline; graduates are welcomed.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar B2C or financial services environment; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven ability in B2C sales management and target‑driven selling.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Good command of credit application processes and documentation.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High integrity, honesty, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Resilience, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits.
- Logistics: Own vehicle and a valid SIM A/C (active) for field visits.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the Adira Finance office in Tobelo.
