The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional with a proven track record in automotive parts sales, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and eager to contribute to the company’s market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate price quotations and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential buyers through cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical guidance on part compatibility.
  • Explain part specifications, part numbers, and fitment details according to the buyer’s vehicle make and model.
  • Communicate promotional offers, seasonal programs, and new‑product launches to stimulate repeat business.
  • Assist store teams during restocking days by organizing racks, verifying inventory counts, and ensuring shelf‑ready presentation.
  • Coordinate with local suppliers and logistics partners to secure emergency stock when required.
  • Develop strategic cross‑supplier solutions to meet complex customer part requirements.
  • Maintain detailed sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns that drive traffic to the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year, preferably 1‑3 years, in automotive spare‑part sales.
  • Product knowledge: Ability to read part numbers, differentiate original equipment (OEM) from aftermarket (KW) parts, and familiarity with Mazda and Ford parts is a strong advantage.
  • Strategic thinking: Proven ability to devise cross‑supplier strategies to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
  • Customer focus: Comfortable handling repeated price inquiries and delivering consistent, courteous service.
  • Proactivity: Demonstrates initiative in hunting new orders and supporting existing accounts.
  • Resilience: Strong mental stamina to manage complaints, price negotiations, and high‑pressure situations.
  • Core skills: Adaptability, B2B & B2C sales management, sales administration, effective communication, conflict resolution, team coordination, and customer‑service orientation.
  • Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑17:00.
