Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Pengambilan Order Sembako – Area Solo Raya to join our fast‑growing distribution team. This role focuses on securing and processing grocery (sembako) orders across the Solo Raya region, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring timely delivery of essential household products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self‑starter with a solid background in sales, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable motorbike to navigate the territory efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new retail outlets, small shops, and supermarkets within the Solo Raya area to generate fresh order opportunities.
- Collect daily order forms, verify product quantities, and input data accurately into the company’s ERP system.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers, providing product information, price updates, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
- Track payment status, follow up on outstanding invoices, and support the finance department with collection activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements to the product mix and sales strategy.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, including order volumes, revenue generated, and forecasted demand for the next period.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 45 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or grocery sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily sales targets.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) and ownership of a well‑maintained motorbike with complete registration documents.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) for order entry and reporting.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 06:30 – 16:00.
