Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of traditional dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes.
- Operate and maintain high‑pressure cooking equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Prepare ingredients—chopping, marinating, portioning—and organize workstations to support smooth kitchen flow.
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and seasoning levels, adjusting as necessary to achieve optimal flavor and texture.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning of cookware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, and rotating supplies to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary requests.
- Participate in daily briefings, sharing observations and suggesting improvements to enhance kitchen efficiency.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new cooking techniques, menu items, and emerging trends within the traditional food sector.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Ability to safely operate a high‑pressure stove and basic kitchen equipment.
- Strong personal ethics: punctual, honest, polite, and proactive.

- Excellent adaptability to fast‑changing environments and willingness to work directly on the shop floor.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
