Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader (Channel Business Development) to oversee and grow its AXI channel network in the Kotamobagu area. This pivotal role blends strategic recruitment, hands‑on coaching, and operational coordination to ensure that agents and channel partners deliver outstanding financial products to customers. Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new AXI agents and channel partners, ensuring they meet Adira Finance’s quality standards.
- Provide continuous mentorship and coaching to AXI agents, helping them develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Coordinate daily activities between agents, regional managers, and the central AXI mentorship team to align goals and performance metrics.
- Act as a trusted consultant for all agents, offering strategic advice on market positioning, lead generation, and closing techniques.
- Organize and attend regular AXI mentor meetings, presenting performance reports, sharing best practices, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute localized business development plans that increase market penetration and revenue growth in the Kotamobagu region.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and agent productivity, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to ensure agents have the latest promotional materials and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: 21 – 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or channel development, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Transportation: Own a motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for local travel.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑starter attitude, high level of organization, and the capacity to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
