Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi (Recruitment) to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Cileungsi, Bogor. This pivotal role focuses on attracting, selecting, and coordinating couriers and sorters who will power our last‑mile delivery network across the Greater Jakarta area. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified field staff while maintaining high operational standards on the ground.
The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional shift work required to support peak periods and on‑site problem solving. Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for courier and sorter positions through job portals, social media, community outreach, and on‑site promotions.
- Conduct face‑to‑face interviews, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation and training coordination.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs across multiple deployment zones, ensuring optimal coverage for delivery routes and sorting facilities.
- Promote the courier and sorter roles directly to potential candidates, highlighting career progression, earnings potential, and company culture.
- Investigate and resolve field‑level issues such as attendance discrepancies, performance gaps, and logistical bottlenecks.
- Monitor operational metrics (deployment numbers, absenteeism, case handling) and provide timely reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and HR teams to align recruitment targets with business forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with labor regulations.
- Participate in shift rotations as needed to support real‑time problem solving and on‑site coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or field coordination, preferably within logistics or courier services.
- Strong administrative abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage candidates.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle high‑pressure situations calmly.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
