Introduction
PT. Prima Logistik Indonesia is seeking a diligent and energetic Staf Operasional Gudang – Pendukung Logistik dan Penyimpanan to join our fast‑growing warehouse team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the overall logistics network that serves our nationwide customers. The ideal candidate will be a physically fit, detail‑oriented male professional, aged 30 years or younger, with at least a high school education (SMA/SMK/Sederajat) and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect inbound shipments, verifying quantities and product condition against purchase orders.
- Prepare, label, and store items in designated locations while adhering to FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) or FEFO (first‑expired, first‑out) principles.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery, ensuring proper documentation and timely dispatch.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and, when authorized, forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following company safety protocols and participating in routine housekeeping activities.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents, customs paperwork, and other regulatory paperwork as needed.
- Report daily operational metrics, incidents, and suggestions for improvement to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to stay up‑to‑date with best practices in warehousing and logistics.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong attitude and effective communication skills.
- Highly disciplined, meticulous, responsible, and able to follow instructions precisely.
- Physically robust, agile, and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg) regularly.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and support collective goals.
- Experience or willingness to learn inventory preparation, handling, and storage procedures.
- Adaptability, collaborative skills, responsibility management, and professional ethics.
- Required documents: Cover Letter, Updated CV, and a photocopy of KTP.
- Working days: Monday – Saturday; Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
