Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling (Batam – Kepulauan Riau) to join our growing finance team. This role is positioned at the heart of our distribution network, responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships with agents, merchants, and partner outlets across the Batam region. As part of a leading consumer finance provider, you will play a pivotal role in driving loan product penetration, supporting small‑business owners, and delivering exceptional service to end‑consumers.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head Channeling, aligning daily activities with the company’s strategic sales targets and adhering to regulatory standards that govern consumer credit in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process as directed by the Sales Head Channeling, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
- Identify, acquire, and maintain new order sources from a diverse portfolio of partners, including AXI agents, durable goods stores, and other Adira Finance channels.
- Process consumer credit applications by gathering, verifying, and validating all required documentation, and accurately entering initial data into the loan management system.
- Conduct vehicle or equipment valuation (taksasi) for financed units, obtaining necessary approvals from the Sales Head Channeling before finalizing the financing terms.
- Perform field surveys and on‑site assessments of potential borrowers, documenting findings in the system while complying with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with underwriting, credit risk, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience for borrowers.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest financing solutions and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales or channel management experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also welcome.
- Possession of a valid and active driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and build trust with partners.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, basic computer applications, and familiarity with credit assessment processes.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to a structured schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00).
