Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our Tobelo branch in Maluku Utara. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable are systematically followed up and recovered. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, sales, and customer service teams to maintain healthy client relationships while achieving collection targets. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for all overdue accounts (A/R Overdue) to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits, employing effective negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments.
  • Analyze customer payment histories and credit profiles to identify risk patterns and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
  • Coordinate with the credit approval team to update borrower status, document agreements, and ensure accurate data entry in the loan management system.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel when escalated cases require formal recovery procedures or court actions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of multifinance regulations, consumer protection laws, and internal policies to ensure compliant collection practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce delinquency ratios.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related finance function; experience in a multifinance environment is a strong plus.
  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in using collection software, spreadsheet tools, and basic data analysis.
  • Male candidates only (as per the current posting requirements).
  • Willingness to work at the Adira Tobelo branch, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
