Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Kasir Full‑time to join our retail team in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The role focuses on handling all sales transactions with precision, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the store’s daily financial operations. This position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a reliable work‑life balance for candidates who are honest, disciplined, and eager to contribute to a thriving local business.

Responsibilities

  • Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded in the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
  • Verify the authenticity of currency and handle change‑making with attention to detail.
  • Provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers, answering product queries and resolving minor issues on the spot.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area, including regular cleaning of the cash register, barcode scanner, and surrounding workspace.
  • Reconcile daily sales reports, balance cash drawers, and prepare end‑of‑day summaries for the store manager.
  • Collaborate with inventory staff to update stock levels when items are sold, and flag any discrepancies for further investigation.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional displays and price‑tag updates during peak sales periods.
  • Participate in periodic audits and ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulations.
  • Support team members during busy hours, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
  • Uphold company standards of hygiene and conduct, including regular prayer observance as part of personal discipline.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a cash handling or retail environment; prior experience is highly preferred.
  • Age limit: maximum 29 years old.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Resident of Banda Aceh or Aceh Besar is preferred, with a reliable local address.
  • Must not be enrolled in any academic program during employment.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
