Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Teknisi Perawatan dan Pemeliharaan Peralatan to join our dynamic operations team in the Boyolali region. This full‑time position works Monday through Friday, from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM, and offers a stable schedule that balances hands‑on technical work with collaborative problem solving. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in electrical installation or mechatronics, a proactive attitude toward equipment reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Execute routine preventive maintenance on all production machines and auxiliary equipment according to the established maintenance calendar.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions promptly, perform corrective repairs, and verify that machines return to optimal performance levels.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, update work orders, and report any recurring issues to the engineering supervisor.
- Conduct safety inspections before and after maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and local regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory, request consumables, and assist the procurement team in identifying cost‑effective replacements.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule downtime that minimizes impact on output while allowing thorough equipment servicing.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and technical guidance to junior staff or apprentices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis meetings and suggest process enhancements that increase equipment reliability and extend asset life.
- Support emergency response procedures by being on call for critical equipment failures outside regular working hours, if required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik or Teknik Mekatronika.
- Male candidates are preferred in accordance with the client’s current workforce composition.
- No prior experience required; recent graduates or individuals with hands‑on workshop experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with production crews, supervisors, and external vendors.
- Physical fitness to lift moderate loads, work at height, and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to adhere to safety standards, wear personal protective equipment, and promote a safe working environment.
- Basic computer literacy for entering data into maintenance management systems.
