Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre‑inspection of carpets and rugs to identify stains, wear patterns, and any special treatment requirements.
- Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment such as hot water extractors, rotary scrubbers, and portable vacuum units.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions, spot‑treatment agents, and de‑odorizing products while adhering to safety data sheets and manufacturer guidelines.
- Execute deep‑cleaning procedures, including hot water extraction, bonnet cleaning, and low‑moisture encapsulation methods.
- Remove stubborn stains (e.g., coffee, wine, pet accidents) using specialized stain‑removal techniques and tools.
- Perform routine maintenance on all cleaning machinery, ensuring tools are calibrated, cleaned, and stored correctly after each job.
- Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate schedules, share best practices, and uphold service quality standards.
- Interact politely with clients, explain cleaning processes, answer questions, and address any concerns promptly.
- Document completed work orders, log any equipment issues, and report back to the site supervisor daily.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male applicants only.
- Age: Maximum 35 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in car‑wash or similar surface‑cleaning environments.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 25 kg.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- High level of honesty, punctuality, and personal discipline.
- Ability to communicate basic information in Indonesian and follow written work orders.
- Submission of a clear photo of KTP, KK, and a written job application via WhatsApp is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper waste disposal.
