To support this vision, we are seeking a dynamic Video Editor & Clipper who can transform raw footage, graphics, and AI‑generated media into polished videos for social platforms, educational webinars, and internal training modules. This is a three‑month internship position offering hands‑on experience in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Import, organize, and manage video assets from multiple sources, ensuring proper naming conventions and version control.
- Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and corporate webinars, maintaining brand consistency and visual style.
- Create engaging clips, teasers, and highlight reels that capture key messages within tight time constraints.
- Apply motion graphics, lower thirds, subtitles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to enhance storytelling.
- Integrate AI‑generated video elements (e.g., synthetic voice‑overs, automated scene cuts) and evaluate their quality against manual edits.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists, designers, and copywriters to align video output with marketing campaigns and compliance guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks for color grading, audio levels, and frame accuracy, ensuring each deliverable meets the highest production standards.
- Maintain a clear communication channel with supervisors, providing progress updates and flagging potential bottlenecks early.
- Adhere to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00), meeting all project deadlines while balancing multiple assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Design, Communication, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in video editing and clipping across a variety of content formats.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with AI‑based video tools (e.g., Runway, Synthesia) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
