Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dining team as Waiters – Customer Service & Dining Support. This position plays a vital role in delivering a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary accommodations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring all special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and resetting stations between guests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth flow of orders and seamless guest experiences.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift cash‑out procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service standards, and promotional offers.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities when assigned as a shift supervisor (SPV), delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and mentoring junior team members.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting of any equipment or supply issues to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK equivalent; D3/D4 preferred for candidates seeking advancement.
