We are seeking a dedicated Perawat Terampil with a solid nursing background to join our dynamic health unit in the vibrant city of Batu. Responsibilities

  • Perform basic refractive tests and assist ophthalmology teams when needed, a skill that will be highly valued.
  • Provide wound care, dressing changes, and monitor healing progress.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and post‑discharge care plans.
  • Document all nursing activities accurately in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
  • Participate in infection‑control initiatives, including proper sterilization techniques and outbreak monitoring.
  • Assist in emergency response situations, including basic life support and rapid triage.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement projects and staff training sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Nursing (Keperawatan).
  • No strict age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably possess additional skills in refractive testing or eye care.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
