Responsibilities

- Perform basic refractive tests and assist ophthalmology teams when needed, a skill that will be highly valued.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and monitor healing progress.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and post‑discharge care plans.
- Document all nursing activities accurately in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in infection‑control initiatives, including proper sterilization techniques and outbreak monitoring.
- Assist in emergency response situations, including basic life support and rapid triage.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement projects and staff training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Nursing (Keperawatan).
