Responsibilities

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as mandated by local health regulations.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to minimize waste and guarantee freshness of ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff, front‑of‑house team members, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor and adjust cooking times and temperatures, applying culinary techniques such as sautéing, grilling, baking, and plating.
- Participate in daily prep work, including chopping, marinating, and preparing sauces, to keep the kitchen fully stocked for service.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
