Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s suite of financing products to existing and prospective customers through direct outreach, phone calls, and in‑person meetings.
  • Identify and develop relationships with channel distribution partners, capturing orders and initiating the credit application workflow.
  • Collect, verify, and complete all required documentation for customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, proactively communicating status updates and final credit decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms they need to understand.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, preparing regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and risk‑management teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the approval process.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for product enhancements and market expansion.
  • Travel within the Kalimantan region using personal vehicle to visit dealers, attend events, and conduct on‑site customer visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – a strong academic foundation is essential.
  • Maximum age: 30 years (candidates older than 30 may still be considered based on experience).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
  • Possession of a valid driving licence (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field work.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, basic Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
