Kredivo, a leading “Buy Now, Pay Later” fintech platform in Indonesia, is expanding its presence in the Bengkalis region. We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Kredivo. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users and merchants, clearly explaining the benefits of using Kredivo as a payment method.
- Continuously improve product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, promotions, and compliance guidelines, and convey this information in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Conduct on‑site presentations and live demonstrations of the Kredivo mobile application, guiding users through registration and transaction processes.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step assistance to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Achieve daily sales and activation targets, accurately record activities, and submit detailed reports to the regional manager.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with merchants, local business owners, and other stakeholders to foster ongoing adoption of Kredivo services.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams to help refine promotional strategies.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and comply with health and safety regulations, including having received at least the first dose of the COVID‑19 vaccine.
Requirements
- Residence in Bengkalis or willing to relocate to the area.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for app demonstrations and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Tuesday through Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Basic proficiency with communication tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and sales analytics platforms.
