Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, clearing used dishes, and resetting for the next guests.
- Handle payment transactions, process receipts, and manage cash registers with integrity.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper waste disposal (“Buang Sampah Pada Tempatnya”).
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Demonstrate a polite and courteous attitude, addressing any guest concerns with professionalism and a problem‑solving mindset.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain personal appearance standards and a tidy uniform, reflecting the restaurant’s brand image.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger (maximum 25).
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- No ongoing formal education; candidates must be fully available for shift work.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard, stay persistent, and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good, respectful attitude toward guests and teammates.
- Proactive and energetic approach to daily responsibilities.
- Financial responsibility, such as a habit of regular saving (“Rajin Menabung”).
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
