Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Strategist to lead the digital presence of our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is pivotal in shaping how our audience interacts with our products, services, and brand story. The successful candidate will design, execute, and continuously refine content strategies that boost visibility, drive engagement, and convert followers into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain corporate social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and timely posting on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Develop comprehensive content calendars, aligning topics with product launches, seasonal trends, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conceptualize, produce, and coordinate short‑form video and visual content that resonates with target demographics and increases organic reach.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as impressions, engagement rate, click‑throughs, and conversion metrics; generate weekly and monthly analytics reports.
  • Implement data‑driven optimizations, testing headlines, hashtags, posting times, and creative formats to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure social media initiatives support broader marketing objectives and sales targets.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and community inquiries promptly, fostering a positive brand perception and nurturing follower loyalty.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platform features, algorithm changes, and cultural trends, adjusting content strategies in real time.
  • Train junior team members or interns on best practices for content creation, community management, and analytics.
  • Support paid social campaigns by providing creative insights, audience segmentation recommendations, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing corporate social media accounts, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods or e‑commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms, community guidelines, and advertising tools.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute content strategies independently, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Basic data analysis skills; comfortable using platform insights, Google Analytics, or third‑party tools to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual design; familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is advantageous.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Age range: 20‑35 years; gender: all genders welcome.
  • Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for campaign launches.
