Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Administrator Administrasi & Finance to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based in our corporate office and offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. The ideal candidate will support both the administrative and financial functions of the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities
- Handle day‑to‑day office administration, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Maintain and update financial records, process invoices, and assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare routine financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget summaries for senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payment and accurate contract documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and statutory reporting.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and manage procurement requests.
- Support internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering courteous and professional service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within administrative and financial workflows.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and follow up on action items to ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or finance role.
- Educational background: at least SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Positive attitude, service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, or similar).
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a knack for multitasking under tight deadlines.
