As a Field Agent, you will serve as the face of Home Credit in the community, fostering strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely repayment of credit facilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to assigned customers in accordance with Home Credit’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Communicate clearly with customers about overdue payments, providing reminders and explaining repayment options.
- Assist customers in processing payments on site, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and comply with internal controls.
- Gather and verify necessary documentation from customers, such as identification and proof of income, to support payment plans.
- Maintain detailed daily activity reports, including visit logs, payment confirmations, and any issues encountered during field work.
- Identify potential risks of delinquency early and flag them to the credit control team for proactive follow‑up.
- Provide feedback to the corporate office regarding common customer concerns, helping to refine collection strategies and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines, including proper use of company‑issued devices and protection of customer data.
- Support community outreach initiatives by representing Home Credit at local events and building goodwill.
Requirements
- Minimum education: any level; candidates with a high school diploma or higher are preferred.
- Open to all genders and ages; no upper age limit.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with an active status.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel within the assigned territory.
- Deep familiarity with the SIAK area and surrounding neighborhoods is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey payment information politely yet firmly.
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash or electronic payment methods accurately.
- Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management skills to meet a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Prior experience in field collection, credit collection, or related customer‑service roles is advantageous. Applicants with experience should be prepared to submit:
- Work experience letters or references.
- Paklaring (certificate of work conduct).
- Any additional documentation that verifies collection experience.
