Responsibilities
As a Store Crew member you will rotate through multiple stations to ensure smooth operations across the entire outlet. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile, taking orders accurately, and delivering food promptly.
- Operating the cash register, handling payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Preparing noodle dishes, assembling dim sum, and assisting the kitchen staff with ingredient preparation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Restocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and notifying supervisors of low stock.
- Participating in regular training sessions (1–3 months) to master Mie Gacoan’s recipes, service protocols, and safety procedures.
- Collaborating with team members during peak hours to ensure swift service and a positive customer experience.
- Adhering to the shifting schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Providing feedback to management on operational improvements and guest satisfaction trends.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications and demonstrate the listed soft skills:
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; all majors accepted.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though any background in food & beverage, restaurant service, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong communication abilities and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift system and adapt to various station assignments.
