Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our client’s sales team as SPG/SPB Reguler Full‑Time in Ciamis. This role is based at the Adira Finance office and focuses on generating new financing orders, nurturing leads, and delivering tailored financial solutions to customers who need cash loans secured by vehicle titles (BPKB). The position offers a blend of office‑based prospecting and occasional field events, providing a dynamic environment for fresh graduates and those with limited experience to develop a solid foundation in financial sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Search and extract potential customer orders from the internal Adira database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Initiate contact with prospects via telephone, WhatsApp, or in‑person visits to the office, presenting the benefits of cash‑fund financing secured by motorbike or car BPKB.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments, explain financing terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and answer any client questions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, follow‑up on pending applications, and guide customers through the documentation process.
- Maintain a daily log of interactions, update CRM records, and report key performance indicators to the team leader.
- Participate in occasional promotional events or roadshows, representing the brand and gathering leads on the field.
- Collaborate with underwriting and credit assessment teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory standards governing consumer financing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 40 years, with no upper limit on gender – open to all candidates.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and messaging applications.
- High level of personal motivation, punctuality, and a willingness to work on a standby basis at the office.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and flexibility to attend occasional off‑site events.
- Positive attitude, resilience in handling objections, and a customer‑centric mindset.
