We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Agent to join our fast‑growing agency in Pasuruan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting Business Agents (BAs) and mediators, cultivating strong relationships, and driving high‑quality lead generation to meet aggressive quarterly targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and recruit qualified Business Agents (BAs) and mediators who can source prospective borrowers seeking vehicle‑secured financing.
- Conduct thorough vetting of BA profiles to ensure alignment with company standards and maintain a robust, trustworthy network.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with BAs, providing them with training, performance feedback, and motivational support.
- Generate and qualify consumer prospects, verifying documentation and ensuring that each lead meets the credit and collateral criteria before forwarding to the underwriting team.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations departments to synchronize outreach campaigns, promotional events, and field activities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management on recruitment success, lead conversion rates, and target achievement.
- Maintain a professional presence in the Pasuruan market, representing the agency at local events, community gatherings, and networking forums.
- Utilize personal two‑wheel transportation and an active motorcycle license (SIM C) to cover assigned territories efficiently.
- Adhere to a standard work schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for field visits and client meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in any field; candidates from marketing, business, or communications backgrounds are especially encouraged.

- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
- Strong passion for field work and a willingness to travel within the Pasuruan region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to persuade and build trust.
