Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality visual assets that meet client briefs, including logos, packaging, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Prepare files for pre‑press production, ensuring color accuracy, resolution standards, and proper file formats for both offset and digital printing.
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and project management teams to align design concepts with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Maintain organized project files, version control, and documentation to streamline workflow and facilitate smooth hand‑offs to production teams.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and emerging technologies to keep the brand’s visual language fresh and competitive.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers or interns, fostering a supportive and collaborative studio environment.
- Participate in client presentations, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a portfolio demonstrating strong branding work is essential.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in‑house branding role.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is required; strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a significant advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy, with the ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues related to design work.
- Strong visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and typography.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, accept constructive criticism, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
