Tridjaya Electronics & Furniture is seeking a dynamic Head of Store & Sales to lead our flagship outlet in Manado, North Sulawesi. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with corporate goals and local market conditions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and average transaction value, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and special events in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and local regulations; propose process improvements when applicable.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service partners to secure favorable terms and timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with a focus on retention and brand reputation.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of store staff.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 50 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail management, sales, or a related field.
