This role focuses on expanding the reach of our mobile phone accessories across the South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung (Sumbagsel) region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine visits to partner counters and retail outlets to maintain a strong on‑ground presence.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with store owners, managers, and sales staff to ensure consistent product placement and promotional support.
- Deliver product education and training sessions, highlighting key features, benefits, and usage tips for our accessories.
- Execute promotional campaigns, in‑store demonstrations, and special events to boost sales momentum.
- Identify and secure new outlet opportunities, expanding the brand’s footprint across the designated territory.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports, including order forecasts and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional standards.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
- Participate in periodic training workshops to stay updated on product launches and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged 24‑35 years (excluding migrant workers).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories or consumer electronics.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle license).
- Deep familiarity with the South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung (Sumbagsel) market area.
- Not currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in any academic program.
- Strong adaptability, quick learning ability, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet weekly sales targets.
