This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain, ensuring that parcels, pallets, and bulk shipments reach the correct destinations while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and oversee the loading and unloading process to guarantee accurate handling of goods.
- Verify that every delivery matches the address and customer details stated on the invoice, reducing the risk of mis‑delivery.
- Execute daily routes according to the pre‑planned schedule, respecting both time windows and traffic regulations.
- Monitor invoice status and ensure no pending invoices remain unaddressed for more than three days after issuance.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle, checking oil levels, tire pressure, brakes, and overall mechanical health; report any abnormalities promptly to supervisors.
- Utilize GPS navigation and knowledge of primary, toll, and alternative routes to optimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incident reports.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, representing the company’s brand positively.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols during every trip.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a delivery or distribution environment.
- Active SIM B (motor vehicle driving license) with a clean record.
- Proven knowledge of main road networks, toll highways, and alternative routes in the service area.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, honesty, and disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and route adjustments.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation tools and basic mobile communication devices.
- Ready to join the team immediately and commit to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑18:00).
