Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Staf Operasional / Kru Pendukung to join our dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, possess strong numerical skills, and enjoy interacting with guests. As a key member of our operational crew, you will support multiple service areas—including cash handling, waiting, and bar service—ensuring smooth daily operations across our branch.
Responsibilities
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, process payments, and reconcile end‑of‑day reports.
- Provide courteous and prompt service as a waiter, taking orders, delivering meals, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Assist bar staff with beverage preparation, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders and perform regular stock counts.
- Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring data integrity and rapid order entry.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with local health regulations.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including setting up workstations, securing cash drawers, and performing final walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to resolve service issues and improve guest satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
- Contribute ideas for workflow improvements and assist in implementing standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years old, with a flexible mindset toward shift work.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry, preferably in cash handling, waiting, or bar service.
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to perform quick calculations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical agility and stamina to stand for extended periods and handle a fast‑moving environment.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and be assigned to the designated branch location.
- Team‑player attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or POS software is an advantage.
