Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with campaign objectives.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Participate in regular training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Uphold the company’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer‑centric service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; preferably Marketing, Communications, or Management.
  • Age: Must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet defined targets.
  • Proactive networking mindset with the ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.
  • High level of personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Negotiation and persuasive selling skills are a plus.
