Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Host Live Event Specialist to become the face of our rapidly growing cosmetics and skincare brand. Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and execute daily live streaming events on platforms such as Instagram Live, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Demonstrate the application of skincare and cosmetic products, highlighting key ingredients, benefits, and usage tips.
- Engage with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging real‑time interaction to boost viewer retention.
- Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new launches, promotional offers, and brand messaging.
- Maintain a polished on‑camera appearance, adhering to brand aesthetics and professional standards.
- Track live event metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rates) and provide post‑event reports with actionable insights.
- Assist in setting up lighting, camera angles, and background décor to ensure high‑quality visual production.
- Participate in shift rotations, including weekends, to meet the demands of a 6‑day work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Continuously improve presentation skills through regular training, feedback sessions, and industry research.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preferred) but open to all qualified candidates who meet the role’s demands.
- Strong interest and knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.
- Attractive personal presentation with confidence on camera.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Comfortable working in front of a live audience and handling spontaneous questions.
- Willingness to work a shift system, including weekends, to support live event schedules.
- Basic technical proficiency with smartphones, webcams, and live‑streaming software.
