Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Jakarta Timur. This pivotal role serves as the primary liaison between our financial services company and its valued clients, helping to build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored financial solutions such as loans, insurance products, and other banking services. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00, and is open to candidates residing in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Pusat, Bogor, Serang, or Surabaya.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for existing and prospective clients, ensuring consistent communication and high‑level service.
- Identify and qualify new leads through market research, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to match clients with appropriate financial products, including personal loans, credit facilities, and insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Perform credit and feasibility assessments to determine client eligibility and risk profiles.
- Monitor client accounts post‑sale, resolve complaints, and proactively suggest additional services to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal departments—marketing, underwriting, and operations—to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, generate regular performance reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and client retention.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age range: 22‑38 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, insurance, or financial services sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess creditworthiness and market potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable engaging with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; basic knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
