Responsibilities
The Officer of Relationship will be responsible for a broad range of sales and customer‑service activities, including but not limited to:
- Conducting direct marketing and tele‑marketing campaigns to promote vehicle financing products.
- Managing and optimizing existing distribution channels such as dealer partnerships, online platforms, and referral networks.
- Performing on‑site consumer surveys to assess needs, gather feedback, and identify new market opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting financing proposals, explaining terms, and guiding applicants through the approval process.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates.
- Coordinating with credit assessment and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and preparing regular performance reports for management.
- Providing after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, and handling any issues that arise post‑approval.
- Participating in community outreach events and local dealer exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female (mandatory).
- Residency: Must be domiciled in Bantaeng, Bulukumba, or Jeneponto.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in vehicle financing or a related sales role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and sales‑target orientation.
- Skills:
- Sales management and negotiation.
- Customer‑oriented communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail, integrity, perseverance, and honesty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Placement: Assigned to the Adira Finance branch that matches the candidate’s domicile.
