Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at the Suncity Mall location in Madiun. This is a full‑time, front‑line position that offers an initial casual contract (1‑2 months) with the strong possibility of conversion to a fixed‑term contract (PKWT) for 12 months based on performance. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stock checks and manage warehouse inventory to ensure product availability.
- Greet, assist, and provide knowledgeable service to customers, addressing inquiries and recommending merchandise.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and overall presentation.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and activity reports to management.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and effective closing techniques.
- Plan and execute in‑store events, promotions, and activations that boost brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
- Utilize TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and other social‑media platforms to showcase products, engage followers, and generate online sales leads.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide feedback that informs merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow associates to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for shoppers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
- Male candidates are preferred, but all genders are welcome to apply.
- Professional appearance with a keen sense of current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills; a cheerful, smile‑driven personality.
