Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Prepare and serve waffles and other menu items according to standard recipes, maintaining consistency and food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitization of equipment, tables, and service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and report low stock to the outlet manager.
- Collaborate with team members during busy periods, ensuring smooth shift transitions and coverage for both morning and evening shifts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints with professionalism, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including weekend and public holiday work, and be flexible to adjust to changing business needs.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and health‑and‑safety protocols.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, promotional activities, and ways to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Residency in Kudus, specifically the Getas Pejaten area or nearby neighborhoods (e.g., around Superindo Kudus).
- Honest, responsible, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Prior experience preparing or serving waffles is highly preferred.
- Well‑groomed appearance with a professional uniform presentation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 10 kg).
