Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: 18‑25 years old (flexible for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude).

- Personal attributes: Honesty, discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
