Introduction
PT Mitra Profesi Indonesia (MPI) is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Promoter – ASUS Laptop in Karawang, Jawa Barat. This full‑time position involves representing one of the world’s leading technology brands, ASUS, in retail environments and delivering an exceptional buying experience to customers. The role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about the latest laptop innovations, enjoy face‑to‑face interaction, and thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced retail setting.
Working hours are from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday through Sunday, with a two‑shift schedule to ensure coverage across peak shopping periods. No recruitment fees are required; all selection processes are handled directly by MPI and ASUS Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate the features, specifications, and advantages of ASUS laptops and related accessories to store visitors.
- Engage customers with clear, persuasive communication, answering technical questions and guiding them toward the best product fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing after‑sale support and encouraging repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the regional sales team.
- Conduct live product demonstrations, including boot‑up, performance tests, and peripheral compatibility showcases.
- Maintain tidy, attractive product displays and ensure that demo units are fully charged and functional.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and activity logs for management review, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with store staff and other promoters to coordinate promotional events, flash sales, and launch activities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest ASUS product releases, firmware updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and the safe handling of high‑value merchandise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, retail, or product promotion (experience in technology sales is a plus).
- Basic technical understanding of laptops, PCs, and current consumer technology trends.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, confident demeanor, and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- Flexibility to be assigned to partner stores across the Karawang area and willingness to work two‑shift rotations.
