Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all online channels, including marketplace platforms, social media, and email.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability, guiding potential buyers through the decision‑making process.
- Create and record customer orders in the sales system, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
- Maintain and update the customer database, keeping contact information, purchase history, and preferences current.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, highlighting key performance indicators such as order volume, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Reconcile sales transactions with payment confirmations, ensuring that all invoices, receipts, and shipping documents are filed orderly and accurately.
- Conduct follow‑up communication with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships, encourage repeat purchases, and address any post‑sale concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and logistics teams to synchronize promotional campaigns, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.

Requirements
