Responsibilities
- Conduct online debt collection activities, ensuring timely and courteous communication with borrowers.
- Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and related financial products in clear, understandable language.
- Identify and propose feasible repayment solutions that align with customers’ financial situations.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to relay feedback on product issues and customer concerns.
- Provide post‑call support, such as sending follow‑up emails, confirming payment arrangements, and escalating unresolved cases to senior staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new loan products, collection best practices, and software updates.
- Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure, demonstrating resilience during high‑volume periods.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Maximum age: 50 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in call‑center operations, collections, or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on win‑win outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using CRM or collection software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
