Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional with strong client‑relationship expertise to join our fast‑growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who thrives under pressure, can work both independently and collaboratively, and is committed to delivering measurable results. This role is open to male candidates who have at least one year of proven experience in sales or a related field, and who possess a minimum educational background of SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts in alignment with company profitability targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and after‑sales support teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.
  • Manage a defined territory or market segment, ensuring coverage of all key accounts and prospects within the assigned region.
  • Handle customer objections professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Adhere to the company’s ethical standards, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and accountability in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (Laki‑laki).
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in a B2B or consumer‑goods environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – honest, responsible, and capable of building trust with clients and teammates.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
  • Team‑player mindset with the flexibility to operate independently when required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and willingness to learn new sales technologies.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for special campaigns.
