Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists, ensuring a professional and engaging tone.
- Present and promote company products and services, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, customer interactions, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
- Identify and qualify high‑potential leads, feeding them into the sales pipeline for further nurturing.
- Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales quotas, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the department.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field, helping refine messaging and promotional offers.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact customer acquisition strategies.
- Support post‑sale handover by briefing the account management team on new client expectations and requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven telesales or inbound/outbound call center experience; prior experience in financial services or product financing is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy – comfortable navigating CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry tools.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, reach compromises, and close deals with diverse client profiles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work on-site at Plaza Oleos, TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan.
- Not currently enrolled in an academic program and not bound by a contract with another employer.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing environments and willingness to continuously learn new product offerings.
