We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur for a full‑time position in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate a wide variety of menu items according to established recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular sanitisation of equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, and rotating ingredients to minimise waste.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, sous‑chefs, and fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee food safety and optimal taste.
- Participate in daily prep work such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to the kitchen, including logging production numbers and reporting any equipment issues.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper storage of allergens and hazardous materials.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting menu enhancements, cost‑saving measures, and workflow optimisations.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the operational needs of the restaurant (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification (or equivalent culinary certification).
- Age: Open to all ages, with a maximum limit of 0 years indicating no age restriction.

- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation.

- Team‑oriented with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Highly responsible, disciplined, and able to handle pressure without becoming emotionally overwhelmed (tidak baperan).
